LenelS2 is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to join the Managed Services team, driving end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will partner with engineering, software development, and field operations to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, provide regular status updates, and champion lessons learned to optimize future deliveries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software such as Jira or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with scope, milestones, budget, and resources.
• Define and monitor KPIs; manage risks and evolving requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; provide status reports and risk mitigation strategies.
• Foster strong customer relationships through transparency and proactive communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
