Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Embedded Project Manager for LenelS2 Managed Services. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, bridging engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with sales, QA, engineering, and field operations, providing regular status reports, risk mitigation, and customer relationship management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to final delivery, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop roadmaps with scope definition, milestones, tracking, budget and resources.
• Define and monitor KPIs; mitigate risks and evolving requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Oversee final handoff with documentation and training; capture lessons learned.
