Job summary

LenelS2, part of Honeywell, is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within the Managed Services group for critical access and safety systems. You will bridge engineering and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results and peak system performance.

This role requires collaboration with sales, QA, engineering, and field operations to develop roadmaps, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and drive high customer satisfaction throughout

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in physical security, enterprise software, or infrastructure integration.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management software (e.g., Jira, MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, including scope definition, milestone tracking, budget management, and resource allocation.
• Define and monitor KPIs to ensure project health and adjust strategies to mitigate risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communications, risk mitigation, and final handoffs with thorough documentation.
