Job summary

Honeywell International, Inc. is seeking an Embedded Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex security-related projects within LenelS2 Managed Services. You will coordinate with engineering, sales, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes and superior quality.

You will act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, define roadmaps, track KPIs, and mitigate risks. Prior experience with customer-facing projects in physical security or enterprise software is required,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a Project Management or leadership role.
• 3–5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects in security/software/infrastructure contexts.
• 3–5 years of experience with Jira or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Define and monitor KPIs; manage risks and scope.
• Develop project roadmaps with scope, milestones and budgets.
• Handoff documentation and training; capture lessons learned.
