Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a seasoned professional to manage payments for high-value relationships, focusing on embedded payments and treasury solutions.

You will lead discovery, engagement, and program delivery with cross-functional teams to grow revenue and minimize attrition. The role requires deep technical understanding of FinTech integrations, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Eight to 10 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated sales support background and experience.
• Proficient technical and analytical acumen.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and solutions.
• Excellent program management and strategic planning experience.
• Ability to collaborate with large teams and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create business cases to grow assigned accounts.
• Navigate a matrixed organization with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Sell solutions through established sales channels.
• Address technical objections and build customer confidence.
• Develop and deliver customized client proposals and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal Bank channels to identify opportunities.
• Willing to and enjoy selling as part of a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Assist in proposal preparation, pricing recommendations, and training.
