Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software for autonomous underwater vehicles.
• Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded development near hardware.

• Experience operating in Linux-based development environments.
• Strong software architecture and design skills for robust systems.
• Ability to own solutions with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for AUV systems in C/C++.
• Interface with robotics hardware, sensors, actuators, and control platforms.
• Contribute to autonomy systems enabling advanced robotic behaviors.
• Develop and enhance simulation environments for testing robotics software.
• Support hardware-in-the-loop testing for hardware-software integration.
• Work on embedded firmware and systems that control robotics components.
• Operate in Linux-based environments to build, test, and deploy software.
• Apply solid software architecture and design to create robust systems.
• Take ownership of challenges and make prudent engineering decisions.
