Job summary

Zenity is seeking a Solutions Architect (Senior Forward Deployed Engineer) to embed with a strategic customer and tailor the platform to their environment. You’ll gather requirements in the field, design and build customer-specific solutions, and own the outcome end-to-end.

Expect close collaboration with security, engineering, and success teams as you drive deployment, integration, and governance of AI-enabled workflows inside the customer’s data platforms.

Qualifications

• Embedded with a single strategic customer and tailor the platform to their environment.
• Experience translating customer needs into engineering requirements.
• Hands-on experience with security and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer's security team in their office.
• Customize and configure Zenity for the customer's workflow.
• Integrate with the customer's data, APIs, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer.
• Feed learnings back into the core product.
• Own the outcome end to end.
• Lead the customer in best practices for AI security.
