Job summary

Zenity in Seattle, WA is seeking a Solutions Architect to embed with a strategic customer and tailor the Zenity platform to their AI and data environments. You will work onsite with the customer’s security team, gather requirements in real time, design and integrate solutions, and own deployments end-to-end in a fast-paced security-focused setting.

You’ll influence the roadmap by delivering practical workarounds, best practices, and repeatable patterns that fit the customer’s environment, while

Qualifications

• Strong technical fundamentals; hands-on design and configuration.
• Customer-facing engineering experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or related field.
• Experience building AI-powered applications or governance tooling.
• Startup or high-growth experience with fast-paced delivery.
• Ability to operate embedded in a partner environment and influence product direction.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements in the field directly with the customer’s security team.
• Customize and configure Zenity solutions for the customer’s workflow.
• Integrate with customer data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate with the customer to deploy working solutions.
• Feed learnings back into the core product and help shape the roadmap.
• Own the deployment end to end from initial ask to live solution.
• Lead the customer in best practices for AI security and governance.
