Zenity seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with a strategic customer and tailor the platform to their real data, APIs, and constraints. You will operate onsite with the customer's security team, translating requirements into working security solutions.

You'll own deployments end-to-end, iterate with the customer, and feed learnings back into the product roadmap, helping define the emerging field of AI security while partnering with the account's CS team to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on design and configuration of security-focused AI solutions.
• Experience with Forward Deployed Engineering or Professional Services.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements in the field with the customer’s security team onsite.
• Customize and configure the solution for the customer’s workflow.
• Integrate with the customer’s data, APIs, infrastructure, and identity patterns.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate alongside the customer with fixes expected before close.
• Feed learnings back into the core product to influence the roadmap.
• Own the outcome end-to-end from initial ask to deployment that works.
• Lead the customer in AI security best practices and partner with CS for guidance.
