AegisAI is seeking a Customer Engineer to fuse AI fluency with hands-on architecture and customer-facing execution. You will drive enterprise evaluations, design API-first deployments, and craft security integrations that showcase our Agentic AI platform to CISOs and SecOps leaders.

You will translate threat analytics into executive risk assessments and guide clients through rapid, read-only API onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or TAM in Cybersecurity (Email Security, Cloud Security, SIEM/SOAR, or Identity Management preferred).
• AI & ML fluency: understanding of modern AI architectures, NLP, agentic systems, and anomaly detection.

Responsibilities

• Architect Enterprise AI Security Solutions with Enterprise Account Executives for CISOs, Security Architects, and SecOps leaders.
• Guide prospective clients through read-only API deployments, enabling connection in minutes without MX changes or downtime.
• Parse threat data, benchmark against legacy SEGs, and present threat audits to prospects showing zero-day threats and impersonation attempts.
• Deeply understand Agentic AI detection models, AI Red Teaming agents, and Shadow AI/SaaS discovery capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Product teams to translate customer feedback into the product roadmap.
