Job summary

FullStack in Charleston, United States is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with client teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship production-ready systems. This three-way role blends consultant, operator, and engineer to deliver value inside enterprise environments.

You’ll work with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients, owning the architecture, discovery, and end-to-end delivery. Strong English, collaboration, and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a mainstream stack.
• 1-4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience with frontier AI developer tools including Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or OpenAI Codex.
• Proven experience evaluating current-state environments and defining technical roadmaps.
• Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and delivery processes.
• End-to-end delivery ownership is essential.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec for any business or engineering process being automated.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems including orchestration, context and retrieval architecture, and tool integration.
• Build working systems with agents and multi-step automations and internal tooling.
• Engineer the delivery system: own CI/CD, testing, release and environments.
• Consult with CTOs and engineering leadership, quantify impact, and support pre-sales scoping.
