Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of professional software development, back-end heavy, full-stack capable.
- Experience building and shipping LLM/agent systems beyond demos.
- Strong ability to translate technical decisions into business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Discover AI problems within client organizations and scope defensible solutions.
- Architect agentic systems end-to-end, including orchestration, context, and tooling.
- Build working systems with agents, automations, and internal tooling.
- Deliver and defend architecture decisions to senior client stakeholders including CTOs and VPs of Engineering.
- Lead pre‑sales scoping and technical proposal discussions.
