Job summary

FullStack is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to scope, architect, and deploy AI solutions inside client systems. You’ll ensure production-grade reliability and measurable impact while working with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll fuse consultative discovery with hands-on engineering, delivering prototypes in weeks, and owning end-to-end delivery including CI/CD and environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 1–4 years building and shipping LLM-powered AI systems beyond prototypes.
• Advanced English is required.

Responsibilities

• Discover. Run workshops and process discovery with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure the process and the spec. Map current state, decision points, and exceptions, then turn into executable specifications.
• Architect & design end-to-end agentic systems—orchestration, context and retrieval architecture, tool integration, guardrails, human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
• Build. Ship working systems—agents and automations with internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
• Engineer the delivery system. Own CI/CD for what you build: build, test, release, environments.
• Consult. Present to CTOs/VPs and defend decisions; support pre-sales scoping.
