• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and audit-ready data.
• Experience in compliance-tech or financial services environments is a plus.
• Maintains human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Compliance leadership to surface high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Prototype using Coinbase's AI platform and define the build-vs-buy strategy.
• Own the Compliance automation roadmap and translate regulatory workflows into engineering needs.
• Ensure automated outputs are traceable, reviewable, and defensible to regulators.
• Drive adoption through brown-bags and walkthroughs with Compliance teams.
