Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS seeks an Enablement Engineer / Deployed Engineer to embed AI into internal workflows and products. You will partner with sales, R&D and other functions to deliver AI-powered tools and automations, while aligning roadmaps with engineering and product leadership.

You will operate in a hybrid, on-site role in Boston, reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy, contributing to data-driven decision making and modern ways of working across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a senior engineer or product manager
• Experience deploying AI functionality within an organization
• Hands-on software development and shipping AI-powered tools
• Fluency in modern AI tooling and LLMs
• Comfort with modern engineering and product practices
• Ability to navigate between strategy and delivery within multiple functions

Responsibilities

• Build internal products, automations and AI-powered workflows across functions
• Partner with engineering and product leadership on roadmaps and delivery practices
• Embed with teams to ship high-leverage AI enabled tooling
• Own tech and product performance reporting and continuous improvement
