Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Enablement in North Reading, MA. You design and deploy AI-augmented workflows, build conversational AI interfaces, and collaborate across sales, engineering, operations, finance, and product teams to translate AI capabilities into measurable business value.

You will lead AI solutions from concept to production with a focus on quality, baselines, and tracking metrics to demonstrate outcomes. Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/ML or related field.
• 3–5 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with AI-native development tools and modern AI platforms.
• Strong full-stack development skills with current languages.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI-augmented workflows using modern platforms.
• Build NLP interfaces and AI-enabled applications from UI to backend.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, finance, and product teams.
• Lead AI solutions from concept to production with measurable outcomes.
• Diagnose workflow bottlenecks and architect sustainable AI solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
