Job summary

Replicant is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to lead and optimize AI solutions across Sales, Delivery, R&D, and G&A. As the first dedicated hire, you will build the foundations underneath it: the integrations and MCP surfaces that connect a function to its own systems.

You will own the MCP integrations, shared agents, and cost visibility, partnering with People and Engineering to scale tooling, templates, and patterns while enabling teams to reuse and extend your work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, IT Engineer, or similar in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Proven ability to deploy and optimize AI tools at scale by diagnosing problems, scoping work, and setting expectations before coding.
• Experience with scripting/integration work in Python, TypeScript, or shell; understanding SDLC fundamentals; secure authentication and API integration across enterprise SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build the paved road for AI integration, ensuring safe paths are the fast path.
• Turn wins into reusable patterns by enabling teams to reuse templates, agent specs, and baselines.
• Build the bench by partnering with People to raise AI literacy and develop internal champions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and People to implement cross-functional solutions.
• Own the MCP integrations, shared agents, agent identity management, and connections to enterprise tools.
• Provide continuous cost visibility by consolidating tools, surfacing shadow AI, and optimizing prompts and routing.
