Job summary

Sur La Table is seeking a CRM Marketing professional to own and scale its email and SMS program. You will build and QA campaigns in Braze, manage audiences, and ensure meticulous pre-send checks.

Working alongside the CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will own a meaningful portion of the daily program and drive outcomes across the customer journey. You will run experiments, analyze results, and share learnings to continually improve engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in email and SMS marketing programs.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization.
