Responsibilities

• Own the Email & SMS Channels, coordinating campaigns end-to-end.
• Link, schedule, test, and coordinate campaigns before release.
• Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and brand compliant.
• Analyze performance and provide insights to Marketing.
• Develop dashboards and reporting with Listrak and GA.
• Support customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
• Coordinate A/B testing for messaging and timing.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other teams.
