SynergenX is seeking an Email Marketing & CRM Manager to own HubSpot strategy across the customer journey. You’ll build campaigns, automate workflows, and create targeted audiences to drive engagement and retention.

The role is onsite in Northwest Houston, requiring 3+ years in HubSpot and strong writing skills. You’ll collaborate across Marketing, Creative, Operations, Data, IT, and leadership to improve performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, CS, or communications.
• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, lists, automation, and reporting.
• Experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation.
• Experience building multi-step nurture campaigns and automated journeys.
• Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing knowledge.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies across SynergenX brands.
• Build engaging campaigns focused on lead generation and patient/customer lifecycle.
• Create and manage email calendars around promotions and launches.
• Write clear, engaging email communications and calls-to-action.
• Build targeted nurture campaigns for leads and patients.
• Create multi-step automated journeys in HubSpot.
• Manage HubSpot workflows, lists, segmentation, and reporting.
• Develop audience segments based on demographics and behavior.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Establish and track email marketing KPIs.
