CreativeOne Marketing Corporation is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive email campaigns, manage HTML emails, and coordinate multi-platform marketing with a focus on accuracy and compliance. This onsite role supports advisor-facing and corporate communications within a fast-paced team.

You will work with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, and ActiveCampaign, applying AI tools to optimize workflows while ensuring data integrity and timely executions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in email or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email templates.
• Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign.
• Social media scheduling experience.

Responsabilités

• Build and schedule email campaigns from copy and creative.
• Assist monthly advisor email cycle from setup to delivery.
• Create advisor email sequences for campaigns.
• Build/edit HTML emails across platforms.
• Coordinate compliance review and edits.
• Maintain contact lists and segments.
