School Family Media, LLC is seeking a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own our email programs and HubSpot Marketing Hub across brands. You will lead email execution, build automation, and support marketing, sales, and customer teams.

The role is fully remote with peak volumes during back-to-school periods. You will report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale personalized campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in email marketing, automation, or operations with 2+ years admin HubSpot access.
• Deep Marketing Hub experience: workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, reporting, portal admin.
• HubSpot certifications or ability to earn within 90 days.
• Proven lead nurture and lifecycle results.
• Knowledge of deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, list hygiene).
• Attribution reporting and Google Analytics skills.
• Experience using AI tools in email and a growth mindset.
• Strong organization and communication across stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Nice to have: Shopify/Meta/LinkedIn integrations; Ops/Sales Hub; Klaviyo/SendGrid; HTML/CSS.

Responsabilidades

• Own email campaigns and the HubSpot Marketing Hub for multiple brands.
• Lead email execution, deployment, automation, and testing program.
• Maintain templates and run structured A/B testing.
• Govern Marketing Hub settings, data quality, and reporting.
• Support integrations with Shopify and other tools; train colleagues.
• Build workflows for lead capture, routing, and multi-channel nurture.
• Improve deliverability and guard against list fatigue.
• Create dashboards and attribution reports; communicate insights.
