Job summary

Framingham Public Schools seeks a proactive Coordinator of Expanded Learning Time (ELT) Student Supports to design, implement, and oversee supports for students with diverse needs. The role bridges school-day and ELT teams, reviews IEPs/504s, and coaches staff to implement accommodations ensuring equitable access.

The position emphasizes collaboration with district leaders, multilingual learners, and families, with a focus on inclusive programming and professional development within the ELT

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in school or community settings with inclusion focus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Observe students to assess behavioral/learning needs and recommend accommodations.
• Review IEPs/504s and develop actionable inclusion plans.
• Partner with site Coordinators to adapt plans and classroom practices.
• Coordinate with district leaders to align supports across programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise inclusion staff; provide coaching.
• Plan staff training and yearly orientation for ELT staff.
• Develop inclusive curricula with necessary accommodations/modifications.
• Assess program materials to ensure inclusion and access.
• Monitor student performance data and support program quality.
• Lead continuous program improvement via data review.
