Job summary

Framingham Public Schools is seeking a High School ELT Club Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on creating and overseeing after-school programming within the Expanded Learning Time (ELT) program, under the guidance of the Program Lead and ELT Directors.

The instructor will contribute to academic enrichment, social-emotional development, and a safe, engaging environment for students in Framingham, MA. English language support and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: Associate’s Degree preferred, or currently in pursuit of one.
• Professional Experience: One (1) year of experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Google Suite (Google Workspace).
• Language Proficiency: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Create, facilitate, and oversee high-quality after-school programming for students in the ELT program.
• Work under the direction of the Program Lead and ELT Directors.
• Contribute to academic enrichment, social-emotional development, and safe, supportive environments.

Education

Associate’s Degree preferred, or currently in pursuit
