Job summary

Framingham Public Schools seeks a Middle School ELT Club Instructor to oversee high-quality after-school programming within the Expanded Learning Time (ELT) program. You will work under the Program Lead and ELT Directors to support academic enrichment, social-emotional development, and a safe, engaging environment for students.

The position covers clubs at Cameron, Fuller, and Walsh Middle Schools for the 2026-2027 school year, with after-school sessions from 3:00–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree preferred, or currently in pursuit of one.
• One year of experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Google Suite (Google Workspace).
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Program Facilitation: creates and facilitates the instructional curriculum for assigned clubs.
• Student Safety, Supervision & Operations: ensure safety and supervision during clubs; manage attendance and transitions.
• Student Culture & Professional Responsibilities: promote anti-bias, inclusive learning and professional collaboration.
