Job summary

Framingham Public Schools seeks a Coordinator of Expanded Learning Time (ELT) Elementary Site to lead before- and after-school programming for grades K-5 in Framingham. The role partners with school leaders, families, and community partners to deliver high-quality, hands-on, project-based learning outside the traditional school day.

The Elementary Site Coordinator will oversee staff, coordinate with partners, and manage daily operations, ensuring equity, safety, and strong community engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; High School degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an out-of-school-time professional or educator.
• At least 1 year of administrative experience overseeing programmatic operations.
• Experience with program and curriculum design, development, implementation, and continuous programmatic improvement.
• Experience working with children and adults from diverse cultural and economic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee daily program operations in accordance with EEC staffing ratios and requirements.
• Plan and host events, workshops, and showcases to engage families and caregivers.
• Hire, onboard, and supervise site staff and support their development.
• Design and deliver project-based enrichment curriculum aligned with district expectations.
• Use data from SAYO-S, APT-O and surveys to inform program improvement.
