Job summary

H&M in the United States seeks a Department Supervisor to help drive sales and profits by delivering the best customer experience across the department and store. You will lead a team, maintain store standards, and work with the Department Manager on business opportunities.

You will coordinate with Visual Merchandiser, ensure stock and pricing accuracy, promote loyalty initiatives, and support in-store tech tools. The role includes opening/closing, and upholding procedures to drive store success.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience.
• Promote and sell products, and ensure high fashion quality and visual standards.
• Coordinate with the Department Manager and Visual Merchandiser for planning and execution.
• Open and close the store daily and manage stockroom areas.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and operational procedures.
