Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Massachusetts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise Front-of-House and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests receive the renowned Ruth’s Chris hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year restaurant/hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor hourly staff
• Successful completion of corporate training program
• High School Diploma or GED

• Drive sales and Guest delight

• Manage performance of Team Members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline
