Qualifications

• Extensive experience cooking in high-volume, upscale concepts.
• Ability to lead line cooks and supervise kitchen operations.
• ServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform restaurant food preparation and line work as scheduled.
• Review and adjust daily prep sheets and inventory.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Construct weekly kitchen schedule within labor budget.
• Inspect equipment and oversee maintenance issues.
