Ruth's Chris Steak House is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to supervise daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage financial performance in Walnut Creek. The role emphasizes team leadership, training, and adherence to brand standards across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading a high-volume, upscale concept restaurant.
• Wine knowledge required, experience as a sommelier preferred.
• Servsafe Food and Alcohol certification preferred.
• Above average computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, safe guest-friendly atmosphere and address repairs as needed.
• Complete administrative tasks including emails, voicemails, reports, invoices, and payroll tasks.
• Review daily sales reports for accuracy and ensure financial records are complete and submitted on time.
• Communicate discrepancies or issues to management and corporate staff to prevent surprises.
• Review reservations and events to ensure proper staffing based on projected volume.
• Lead weekly manager meetings and support team development and training.
