Job summary

Signature Aviation in Texas seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver hospitality while providing hands-on aircraft ground support. You will operate ground service equipment and engage guests with a service-first mindset, in a fast-paced, outdoor setting around aircraft.

You’ll work nights, weekends and holidays, ensuring safety and top-tier guest experiences in a luxury aviation environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be 18 years or older.
Must pass background checks and airport badge requirements.
Valid driver’s license; CDL may be required locally.
Color vision for inspecting aviation fuel.
Excellent judgment and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Work on a team to perform airside operations safely per SOPs.
Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors and aircraft teams to meet service needs.
Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and note safety concerns.
Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, power units, etc.).
Load/unload luggage and cargo; provide professional guest service.
Drive shuttle vehicles for guest transport when needed.
Maintain safe, clean ramps and operate in all weather.
