Signature Aviation in Houston seeks an Airside Experience Specialist to deliver a seamless, luxury guest journey from wheels down to wheels up. You will perform ground services, operate equipment, and engage guests with a service-first mindset in a dynamic outdoor setting.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with strong hospitality and teamwork to ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass company background checks, airport background check, and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license (CDL possible in some locations).
• Preferred: 3–6 months experience/training in aviation or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Collaborate with guests, crew, vendors, and aircraft to meet service needs (fueling, de-icing, lavatory, power, water, parking, marshalling, catering, towing).
• Prepare for arriving/departing aircraft and identify open tasks; report safety concerns.
• Operate ground service equipment (fuel trucks, de-icers, GPUs, tugs, stairs).
• Load/unload luggage and cargo from aircraft and transport vehicles.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and positive attitude at all times.
• Offer safe transportation when driving shuttle vehicles for guests and luggage.
• Maintain clean, safe ramps and operations; ensure fuel handling accuracy.
• Follow safety, security, and guest-service requirements; stop work if unsafe.
