Million Air in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet clients, coordinate concierge services for pilots and passengers, and handle invoicing for ground services. This non-exempt role requires evening/weekend shifts and a strong customer-service mindset.

You will work with ground personnel to ensure all services are delivered smoothly, maintain the front desk and hospitality area, and help with reservations and fee processing.

Qualifications

• Customer focus—naturally outgoing and professional.
• Able to communicate with customers and team in person, by phone, and radio.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS programs.
• Basic mathematical knowledge necessary.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air internal system.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat work area at front desk, lobby, and all FBO amenities.
