Job summary

Million Air Tucson is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service for pilots and customers. You will greet guests, coordinate concierge services, and manage reservations and invoicing with accuracy.

Responsibilities emphasize attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced FBO environment. The role requires evening/weekend hours and a high standard of professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a service-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate standard office software and POS systems.
• Bi-lingual required; proficiency in English and another language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Record customer preferences in Million Air CSI system.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Keep hospitality bar stocked with snacks and beverages.
• Maintain neat work area at front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities.
