Job summary

Million Air in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, assist pilots, and provide concierge services to ensure smooth operations. You will handle reservations, invoicing, and proactive preparation for incoming aircraft, while collaborating with line service and maintaining a neat front desk area.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in the service industry preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Entry level position.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Zero tolerance drug-free employer with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and customers including making reservations as required.
• Invoicing for services rendered to customers and pilots.
• Proactive preparation for all incoming aircraft.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with line service team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
• Maintain neat work area at front desk, lobby, and FBO amenities.
