Job summary

Million Air Lake Powell is seeking a polished Customer Service Representative to join our luxury aviation team in Page, AZ. You will welcome private aircraft, pilots, passengers, and guests, delivering elite concierge service and coordinating with the ground team to ensure seamless experiences.

Hours are hourly with evenings and weekends required; position offers 401K, medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferably in the service industry.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 21+ years old.
• Zero tolerance drug free employer with pre-employment and random screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, polished, and professional manner.
• Provide concierge services to pilots and passengers, including reservations and transportation arrangements.
• Prepare for incoming aircraft and anticipate customer needs.
• Record customer preferences and information in internal systems.
• Invoice customers for services rendered accurately.
• Promote upgrades and other products while supporting sales to business accounts.
• Communicate customer concerns promptly to management.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby, including hospitality bar.
