First Western Financial, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in Denver. You will help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals and collaborate with our Texas Mortgage team to deliver comprehensive solutions.

You will develop a referral network, manage loan transactions from origination to closing, and maintain timely communication with Realtors and partners. The role emphasizes service, regulatory compliance, and meeting volume goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of residential mortgage lending experience, preferably in banking.
• Active NMLS registration required.

Responsabilités

• Meet annual sales goals in collaboration with the office sales goals.
• Develop a referral network via prospecting, networking, cold-calling, and community outreach.
• Spend >50% of time away from office soliciting new mortgage loan business.
• Oversee loan transactions from processing to closing and communicate updates to all parties.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Meet applicants face-to-face or by phone; interview applicants to determine loan programs.
• Present a full loan application with documentation to operations within 72 hours.
• Complete all initial and subsequent disclosures per TILA, RESPA, MDIA.
• Meet volume goals set by sales management.
• Attend sales meetings and complete required training.
