Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment.
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan processing and underwriting.
• Detail-oriented with solid understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop a referral network through various outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service overseeing loan transactions.
• Analyze applicants' financial information and present complete loan applications.
