Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining a quality referral network.
• Solid understanding of mortgage loan processing, underwriting, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and participate in outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service during the loan transaction.
• Conduct interviews with potential applicants to assess loan programs.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong understanding of MS applications

Solid understanding of mortgage regulatory requirements

Ability to analyze and calculate income
