First Western is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team in Pinedale. You will help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals and work closely with the Pinedale Mortgage team to deliver comprehensive mortgage solutions.

Responsibilities include developing a referral network, guiding loans through processing and closing, and maintaining timely communications with Realtors and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3 years of residential mortgage lending experience preferred.
• Active NMLS registration required.

Responsabilités

• Develop a referral network through prospecting and community outreach.
• Guide loan transactions from application to closing with clear updates to parties.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours and meet applicants face-to-face or by phone.
• Present loan options and complete disclosures accurately and timely.
