Job summary

First Western Financial, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to join our Pinedale team. You will help high-net-worth clients reach financial goals by delivering custom mortgage solutions and building a strong referral network.

Responsibilities include candidate interviews, presenting loan applications, guiding processing through to close, and maintaining timely communication with Realtors and partners. NMLS registration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent work experience. Required.
• 1-3 years, recent residential mortgage lending experience, preferably within a bank environment. Required.
• Active NMLS registration. Upon Hire. Required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual sales goal in alignment with office targets.
• Develop a referral network through prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
• Spend more than 50% of time away from the office soliciting new mortgage loan business.
• Oversee loan processing through to closing and communicate updates to all parties.
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Meet applicants face-to-face or by phone and determine loan programs.
• Present full loan applications with supporting docs within 72 hours.
• Complete disclosures accurately per TILA, RESPA, and MDIA.
• Meet volume goals and attend required trainings.
