Responsibilities

• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone, educating on services.
• Manage front desk duties: check-in/out, calls, greet clients, inventory, stocking.
• Maintain a clean and professional facility.
• Assist providers and managers with scheduling and appointment books.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate client information in the POS system.
