The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist to monetize an existing network and source premium luxury consignments on a 100% commission-based, part-time basis.

This remote, field-based role targets independent professionals with a robust client base in the United States. You will cultivate elite client relationships, coordinate logistics from pickup to authentication, and drive independent growth through personalized outreach.

Qualifications

• Established network capable of sourcing high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and apparel.
• Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule.
• Strong relationship skills with high-net-worth clients.
• Familiarity with digital platforms to manage client pipelines.
• Willingness to travel within regional markets.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance meeting local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your network to source premium consignments for The RealReal.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and execute outreach to grow high-end consignments.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics from client pickup to authentication.
• Deliver premium, white-glove service throughout the consignment lifecycle.
