The RealReal, Inc. is seeking a Luxury Sales Specialist who will monetize their existing network to source premier luxury consignments while working remotely across eligible US cities.

This role is part-time with a 100% commission structure, offering flexibility and uncapped earning potential for self-driven professionals who already command a strong client base. Ideal candidates bring deep luxury Brand knowledge, autonomous work habits, and a proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of sourcing high-value luxury consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results without daily oversight.
• Exceptional professionalism and business acumen to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
• Valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets)
• Car insurance meeting local requirements and a satisfactory MVR.

Responsibilities

• Monetize Your Existing Network: Leverage your established book of business — VIP contacts, stylists, personal shoppers, and affluent individuals — to source high-quality luxury consignments and drive new sellers to TRR.
• Cultivate Elite Client Relationships: Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through a highly personalized, white-glove service.
• Drive Independent Growth: Develop and execute your own creative outreach and networking strategies to consistently bring in high-end luxury consignments and cultivate deeper longer lasting client relationships.
• Manage End-to-End Logistics: Secure luxury items from clients and coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide a flawless, premium experience throughout the consignment lifecycle to ensure maximum client retention and repeat business.
