The RealReal is seeking established Luxury Sales Specialists to join as part-time, 100% commission-based professionals who already possess a deep network within the luxury sector. This remote, field-based role is open to many US cities and invites qualified experts to monetize their existing relationships on their terms.

You will source high-quality consignments from private clients, cultivate elite client relationships with a white-glove service, and coordinate end-to-end logistics from pickup

Qualificações

• Established network capable of generating luxury consignment opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear.
• Independent mindset to manage schedule and drive results without daily oversight.
• Sophisticated relationship management to maintain trust with high-net-worth clients.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage your client pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage your book of business to source luxury consignments.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients via personalized service.
• Develop outreach strategies to bring in new consignments and cultivate clients.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium consignment experience to maximize client retention.
