Job summary

Home Helpers Group in California is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into signed contracts. You will work hybrid, remote plus in-home appointments across the Central Valley, primarily Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and surrounding markets.

Starting with a $40,000 base plus progressive commissions and performance bonuses, top performers target $300,000 to $450,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar sales role, ideally high-ticket in-home or B2C.
• Proven ability to close deals from inbound opportunities.
• Strong CRM discipline and follow-up to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements.
• Manage CRM, lead flow, and follow-up through close.
• Attend in-home appointments and coordinate with homeowners.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and earnings targets.
