Job summary

Home Helpers Group seeks an elite Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into signed contracts. You will operate primarily in California's Central Valley, combining remote work with in-home appointments, and you will be supported by REsimpli CRM and ObjectionProof AI.

You must have 3+ years in high-ticket in-home sales, excellent closing skills, and the ability to manage a full W-2, full-time schedule with regional travel and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful sales experience in high-ticket, in-home, or emotionally driven B2C sales.
• Proven ability to run discovery, close deals, and follow up to meet targets.
• Willing to work around seller availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong emotional intelligence and coachable with daily practice.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements.
• Manage the pipeline, CRM notes, and follow-up through close.
• Learn underwriting, offer structure, and long-term customer relationships.
• Maintain aggressive response times and high deal quality.
