Job summary

Home Helpers Group, a California-based home-buying company, seeks a Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into profitable contracts. You will handle remote and in-home appointments across the Central Valley, primarily Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and surrounding markets.

You’ll receive a $40,000 base plus progressive 10–20% commissions and performance bonuses, with On-Target Earnings of $300,000–$450,000+ annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful high-ticket in-home or similar sales experience.
• Proven ability to run discovery, solve problems, and close deals.
• Ability to handle objections calmly and follow a structured sales process.
• Coachable with daily roleplay, coaching, and KPI-driven performance.
• Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements by phone and in-home meetings.
• Maintain momentum through follow-up and CRM hygiene to maximize conversions.
• Learn underwriting and offer structures to evaluate deals and negotiate contracts.
• Own the pipeline, CRM, and timely lead management from initial contact to contract.
