Job summary

Home Helpers Group seeks a top-performing Home Buying Specialist to convert inbound seller opportunities into profitable contracts. The role blends remote work with in-home appointments across California’s Central Valley, primarily Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, and surrounding markets.

You will receive a $40,000 base plus progressive commissions and performance bonuses, with potential on-target earnings of $300,000–$450,000+ annually. A fast-paced, supportive, team-first culture awaits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience in a similar sales role, ideally high-ticket, in-home, or emotionally driven B2C sales.
• Ability to run strong discovery, solve problems, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
• Spanish is ideal but not required; real estate experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements by building trust and asking for the business.
• Fully work viable opportunities with persistence, follow-up, and tailored approach.
• Own the pipeline, CRM, and follow-up to ensure no viable lead dies prematurely.
