Job summary

Home Helpers Group is seeking a Home Buying Specialist to operate remotely with in-home seller appointments across California’s Central Valley. You will convert inbound opportunities, build trust, and close profitable contracts, requiring ownership, follow-up, and CRM discipline.

Base salary is $40,000 with progressive commissions and performance bonuses; top performers can exceed $300,000–$450,000+ annually, supported by a strong marketing budget and framework for ongoing development.

Qualifications

3+ years of successful experience in a similar sales role, ideally high-ticket, in-home, or emotionally driven B2C sales.
Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, follow-up, and direct asks for business.
High emotional intelligence, coachable, and able to adapt communication to homeowners.

Responsibilities

Turn inbound seller opportunities into signed agreements.
Fully work every viable opportunity; avoid premature disqualification and maintain follow-up.
Learn the company underwriting, offer structure, and CRM processes; manage pricing within defined limits.
Own the pipeline, CRM accuracy, and timely follow-ups from first contact to contract.
